Part-Time HR Assistant - Pasadena, CA (Onsite) Pay: $20-$24/hour | 24 Hours per Week

We are looking for a detail-oriented Part-Time HR Assistant to join our team in Pasadena, CA. This onsite role provides administrative support to the Human Resources department, including maintaining employee records, processing personnel changes, assisting with benefits administration, coordinating training and performance evaluations, preparing reports, and supporting HR compliance and audit activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain confidential employee records and personnel files
  • Process employee status and employment changes
  • Respond to employee inquiries and support benefits administration
  • Coordinate training programs and performance review processes
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain tracking logs
  • Assist with audits, compliance activities, and departmental projects
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of administrative, clerical, customer service, or office support experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar software
  • Experience handling confidential information
  • Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
